Andre Gilberto Jacelon, age 68, passed away in his home in Widefield, CO on August 8, 2008. He was born June 26, 1940 in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago of the West Indies.
Andre served in the United States Army for 20 years before retiring in 1980. During his military service with the U.S. Army he completed two tours of duty in Vietnam with the 498th Air Ambulance Dust Off company and one tour of duty in Korea. Andre was a member of the Knights of Colombus in Security, the VFW in Security, and the American Legion in Fountain.
Andre is survived by his wife Karin, his son Tony Jacelon, daugther Andrea Brumfield (both of Colorado Springs); two sisters Jacqueline and Diane (both of Canada); a brother Louie of Texas; three grandchildren Ashley, Nicholas, and Zachary (all of Colorado Springs).
Andre was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Tony.
